Le label Bedrock nous a préparé pour début août la sortie de la compilation "Layered Sounds 2", un double CD réunissant les morceaux qui font la réputation du label progressive de John Digweed.
"Layered Sounds 2 is a brilliant reflection of where Bedrock Music is at today and where it's going. It reflects a strong scene and some outstanding electronic music producers from Luke Fair, to Pole Folder, to Hernan Cattaneo and Luke Chable. The scene has never been so diverse or seen music emerging from so many wildly different places around the world and it's brought together here with 2 distinctly different feels. A great downbeat and eclectic CD including some brilliant exclusive tracks from the likes of Voyager and Yunus Guvenen and a great display of Bedrock the club which is now international appearing in Italy, Sweden, Japan and set for much more in the future." - John Digweed
Comme pour l'excellent premier volume, le CD 1 contient des morceaux et remixes rares du catalogue, pour une ambiance Downtempo, qui devient progressive sur le CD 2 avec une collection de titres exceptionnels et pour certains difficiles à trouver.
